I recognize that the process of entering therapy can be overwhelming so I strive to create a warm and relaxed environment. Whether meeting with me alone, or as a part of a couple, I listen thoughtfully and we will work at a pace with which you are most comfortable. My work with patients centers on moving beyond their habitual reactions to identify their true values. I have a particular interest in helping patients with anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, career transitions and executive coaching.
I utilize a holistic, integrative approach that is comprised of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Every patient is different and complex, so this eclectic approach provides you with a personalized plan to identify and meet your goals.
