Harness this season and learn from nature. Part of an overall mindful practice is activating all five senses. A simple way to practice this is to recognize what you can sense that spring has brought to us. Are you able to see the new blooms and reflect on their shape and color? Are you able to touch a young petal and feel the texture? Have you heard the birds in the trees? Have you taken a moment to smell the roses, literally.
